Industrial Liquid Polyurethane Mold Rubber

These polyurethane liquid mold rubbers are mid-range (A60) to firm (A90) hardness, high-performance, room temperature curing systems. They offer superior strength, toughness and abrasion-resistance that result in durable molds that capture and reproduce exact textures and the finest detail from any model. Poly 75-Series rubbers offer an optimum blend of economy and performance.

Ratios of Liquid Rubber for Molds

Poly 75-65 liquid polyurethane rubber has a 1A:1B mix ratio and a 35-minute pour time. This rubber is used primarily for making tough, durable molds, form liners and stamps for casting, forming and texturing concrete. Examples include decorative concrete countertops, precast architectural panels, sound barriers, fences, pavers, slabs, patio stones, retaining wall blocks and for virtually all other types of cast stone and GFRC applications.

Poly 75-Series rubber are not UV-resistant; however, if occasional outdoor use is necessary, Poly 75-65 (along with Poly 75-59 & Poly 75-80) perform best and UV resistance can be improved by adding UV additive.
