Silicone Mold Making Made Simple

Polytek Easy Flo 60 Silica Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that is used for curing RTV (RTV stands for Room Temperature Vulcanizing) to a white, Shore D65 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume and a fast demold time of 15 to 30 minutes. Polytek EasyFlo 60 is a super low-viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application. For spray application, consider EasyFlo Spray FR.

This 3.8-lb kit includes:

  • 2 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part A (~1 quart)
  • 1.8 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part B (~1 quart)
  • Fast demold times of 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Low viscosity.
  • Manageable and pourable plastic.
  • Thickens quickly with PolyFiber II as a brush-on application.
